MNC - Accounts Clerk (renewable contract)

Job Duties:

  • Handle full set accounts independently and prepare up to date accounts receivable and payable ledgers.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management report and cash flow.

  • Prepare year end financial statement, document to auditors.

  • Liaise with banks, auditors & professional parties.

  • Prepare consolidated financial statement

  • Supervise and audit daily journal entries

  • Handle assigned ad hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years accounting experience in handle full set of accounts

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and MYOB accounting software.

  • Independent, Initiative, diligent with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Good command in spoken & written English & Mandarin

  • Immediate available is preference.

  • Mature, independent and with good analytical mind

  • Immediate available is highly prefered
