MNC Logistics Officer | 20K


Our client is providing paper and publication services company and who is looking for the candidate with experience in customer services executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling daily customers’ enquiries and providing the after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Project analysis, trouble-shooting and consulting with customers
  • Follow up voyage order and shipment delivery status to worldwide destinations and provide daily solution support and assistance
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions and open and maintain customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through service minded and interactive communication

 Job Requirements

  • Certificate in logistics, maritime or with relevant background will also be considered
  • At least a year of customer service experience in international sales with advanced technical products or solutions
  • Knowledge of ship routing policies or procedures IT, office equipment and CRM systems and Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
