Mortgage Service Officer - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Mortgage Service Officer.

In this role, you will

  • Provide professional mortgage advice and deliver privilege customer experience to customers.
  • Support end to end mortgage fulfillment process by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage loan documentation.
  • Increase existing mortgage loan portfolio and attract new mortgage loan applications by developing business contacts.
  • Collaborate with various branch streams and outreach team to fulfill customers’ property and financial needs with the Bank.
  • Handle enquiries and requests from sophisticated, high net worth customers in a mature and sincere approach.
  • Meet the standard lead time of each case assigned.
  • Ensure the recommendation in compliance with the regulatory requirements and group standards.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education holder with general insurance license.
  • Good knowledge of mortgage loan and basic concept of credit rules.
  • Strong analytical skills with business sense.
  • Good understanding of branch services and operations.
  • Energetic and independent, with a commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Sound customer focus with strong interpersonal skills, with ability to understand and capture customer financial needs.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
