Mortgage Specialist / Senior Mortgage Specialist - Wealth & Personal Banking

Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Mortgage Specialist / Senior Mortgage Specialist.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mortgage specialists to deliver geographic market growth, share and penetration
- Stay on top of market intelligence and changes and make feedback to management to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services
- To establish good rapport and relationship with customers, assisting customers on selecting mortgage and general insurance products
- Offer professional property financing advice, recommendation and services to customers referred by various business sources to acquire and secure mortgage application
- To act as mentor for junior mortgage specialists by providing coaching and support to them
Requirements
- University degree with prior mortgage related working experiences at a financial institution or at a brokerage firm with general insurance license
- Extensive Knowledge in Mortgage products with proven experience, preferably with team leading exposure
- Independent contributor with collaborative approach who work well with staff from frontline and internal department
- Outgoing and positive with strong relationship building and agency networking
- Good command of Cantonese and English. Mandarin is advantageous
- Candidates with less mortgage experience will be considered for a Senior Mortgage Specialist I role
