The role of the Move Coordinator & Customer Services deals with the Inbound shipments of the international moving company.
* Handle all inbound move communications (by email and phone) with overseas AGS branches, agents and clients
* Request all necessary inbound documents from ASG branches, agents and clients
* Deal with local forwarder, shipping line and air freight forwarder to prepare release or order and arrange delivery of inbound shipment
* Contact clients to arrange delivery of shipment to premises or storage
* Preparing cheque requistion forms, setting up shipment in system, sales invoicing
* Record tonnage of inbound shipments
* Drafting quotations to agent and analyzing agent bookings
Shipping experience is preferred but not necessary. Good written Cantonese and English skills. Must be able to work under pressure and have initiative.
