MPF BD Manager,Call Centre, Pension Operations and Fund Administration

Responsibilities

  • Explore business opportunity and provide professional MPF consultation service
  • Manage premier clients’ portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
  • Participate to sales & service events and activities
  • Good understanding of the MPF industry
  • SFC & MPF license holder

Call Centre (Inbound / Outbound)

  • Provide face to face client services in service counter or handle inbound enquiries in call centre
  • Handle Customer enquiries and provide MPF consultation service to explore new business opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives/projects as required
  • Good understanding of the MPF industry
  • SFC & MPF license holder

Pension Operations

  • Make sure all member records are maintained in accurate and proper by supervising and providing training to the junior staff in daily operations
  • Ensure all daily operations are complied with statutory requirements and service benchmarks
  • Handle customer enquiries and assist in preparing management reports
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives/projects as required

Fund Administration

  • Supervise a team in performing portfolio valuation NAV prices computation and other fund administration works daily
  • Ensure all records are correctly prepared by checking valuation reports and other fund administration works
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives/projects as required

General Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in pension operations or fund accounting & administration
  • Good knowledge on MPF regulation is preferable
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Chinese Words processing and Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
