About this company
  • A telemarketing position to make outbound calls to clients to promote MPF/Pension products.
  • Base salary with sales incentives.

Client Details

Our clients acts as sponsor and distributor of pension products whilst providing customer services, investment planning services (IPS) and retirement planning services (RPS) as well as investor education. Currently, they have engaged 8 independent global fund managers to manage the various MPF/ ORSO funds. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager and Officer to join their customer service team.


  • Handle outbound calls to promote and upsell company services and products.
  • Provide high quality customer service to clients.
  • Perform outbound calls to promote loyalty programmes.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil requests from clients.
  • Assist in administrative duties.
  • Handle projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned.


  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing environment is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of MPF and ORSO.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must.
  • Customer orientated with ability to remain professional.
  • Valid holder of MPF license and HKSI 1,7,8. IIQE will be an advantage.

Job Offer

  • 5 day work week
  • Sometimes required to work on saturdays for half day but with allowance.
  • Stable working hours 9-6pm.
  • 14 days annual leave
