You will be the main person to work with GM in implement sales strategies both in short term and long term in the market in HK and Macau. You will lead and manage a sales team to develop growth within the key account, distributors and general trade accounts. You will also work with the team, distributors and Clients, maintain customer relationship and provide product information and features to increase its branding. You also need to define and drive the growth plan in the region in accordance with the strategic priorities. And develop long-term relationships with the specific distributors through strategic and tactical support in order to achieve the short and long-term goals.
