Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting team on marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects.
  • Organizing production of branded items
  • Produce marketing, sales and communications material, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition
  • Supporting the sales teams by collecting and designing content for specific sales activities, both offline and online.
  • Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Create material for digital platforms such as banners, images, headers
  • Collect information, create and update sales and marketing materials, such as Case Studies, Datasheets, White Papers, Ads etc.
  • Vendor management
  • Works directly with US, Europe and APAC sales teams


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience, open for any industry
  • Self-motivated with good problem solving and communication skills
  • Competent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Reader and InDesign
  • Native in English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
