our client is a reputable bank, they are looking for a native English speaking Personal Assistant to serve their Senior Executive 


  • To provide executive support to the Senior Executive
  • To prepare a large volume of business and social correspondence independently and to assist with speeches, memos
  • To brief the senior executive on incoming proposals, papers, circulars as well as upcoming meetings.
  • To maintain and update a database of addresses and personal details
  • To assist with ad hoc assignments/projects


  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 7 years' of PA experience in a highly demanding environment
  • good judgement and good common sense
  • mature, pleasant, self-motivated, independent, decisive and detail-minded
  • able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • excellent writing and presentation skills
  • native English speaker and writer
  • proficient in MS office
