Bibo, The art of fine dining - Opened its doors in April 2014, and is the first and only member or Relais & Chateaux in Hong Kong.

Hotshot, New American Cuisine - Open since February 2015, brings the best of New American cuisine in the south side of Hong Kong, Repulse Bay.

TRI, Contemporary Balinese Cuisine - Opened its doors in June 2015 and brings a new concept to south Hong Kong, Repulse Bay.

The Ocean, Sea inspired Cuisine – Opened in November 2015, aims to bring the best sustainable seafood in Repulse Bay in Hong Kong.

CABANA, The Best Rooftop in Hong Kong – Opened in November 2016, CABANA brings to Hong Kong the most amazing and fun rooftop terrace.

DJAPA, Hong Kong’s first Nipo-Brasilerio restaurant – Opened this September 2016, brings sumptuous Japanese-Brazilian-inspired cuisine and cocktails.

Native Japanese Speaking Restaurant Supervisor / Waiter

We are looking for passionate and professional Native Japanese Speaker to join our restaurant teams in Wanchai and Sheung Wan:

Restaurant Waiter (Work Location - Wanchai)

Key job scope includes greeting customer, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Passionate for quality and positive attitude is a must. Applicants will join a team of very motivated people, delivering great service experiences.
  • Japanese nationals who can freely work in Hong Kong (Applicants must hold a valid Permanent Hong Kong ID or Valid Work Permit).
  • Relevant experience in Japanese/Western Restaurants and/or Culinary education.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a Food and Beverage operation, Restaurant operating hours.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Restaurant Supervisor (Work Location - Sheung Wan)

Key job scope includes greeting customer, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. Additionally, offering suggestions and recommendations, such as menu and wine pairings. The Restaurant Supervisor will help to personalize the meal and their service in a more attentive and formal manner.

Required Skills

  • Passionate for quality and positive attitude is a must. Applicants will join a team of very motivated people, delivering great service experiences.
  • Japanese nationals who can freely work in Hong Kong (Applicants must hold a valid Permanent Hong Kong ID or Valid Work Permit).
  • Former experience working in Sushi or Japanese restaurants is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in Japanese/Western Restaurants and/or Culinary education.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a Food and Beverage operation, Restaurant operating hours.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
