Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform first-level network administration and maintenance task including but not limited to restore Cisco router/ switch configuration, apply change on network parameters, lay network patch cord, troubleshoot connectivity and provide "remote-hand" to complicated task;
• Monitor healthiness and performance of the equipment;
• Perform the change request on the networking equipment

Requirements:

• High Deploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in infrastructure administration and support, preferably in financial institution
• Familiar with the following platforms / systems : LAN & WAN, Monitoring Tools and Security Product (e.g. Cisco routers, Cisco Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, Juniper Firewall)
• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills within technology community.
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skill applying creativity, innovation and thinking out of the box approach when dealing with challenges
