Network Engineer

Report duties to customer according to location and working hours agreed by Customer and service provider
Architecture documents and guidelines update
Contract expenditure administration
Collect network status and figures for network availability reports
Assist in Wireless devices testing and reporting
Schedule, manage and user coordination on infrastructure firmware upgrade change
Execute firmware upgrade with service provider during non-office hour (if needed)
WAN services billing administration
Perform network configuration change / Trouble shooting
Ad-hoc task assigned by Customer 

Diploma above in Computer Science or related disciplines
2-3 years relevant experience is required
Telephony and Network related certifications - CCNA/CCNP are preferred
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
