About the Role
We have an excellent career opportunity and an immediate need for a Network Operations Analyst. This is a combine role of Operations & technical responsibility.
What you will do
The Network Operations Analyst will be a part of our Global NOC team, which is the main point of contact for our worldwide clients. The position offers you a challenging opportunity to be a key part of a highly skilled and globally diverse technical team.
The candidate will work collaboratively with other team members actively involved in supporting our global online transaction-processing environment, with the ability to work unsupervised. The job involves support of a complex hosted payment transaction solution, becoming part of the team who implement and maintain always-on production systems.
Ideally, the candidate will assist in improving end to end monitoring and constantly reviewing current implementations against future needs.
Who you are
Perform Network Operations Center system monitoring, including application and network systems that process in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
Application monitoring and anomaly detection.
Assist on issues up to their resolution.
Ensure support items are being worked and follow up.
Track and update events in a ticketing system in a clear and efficient manner.
Assist clients and internal teams with questions on our products.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier1 incidents within the NOC using documented procedures.
Provide escalation status notification throughout the enterprise on service impacting events.
Create Incident reports for internal and external communication.
Perform daily health checks to proactively certify the state of our systems and services.
Likely to work also with vendors to assist on troubleshooting or migration projects in IT.
Create, document and amend processes for future use in our knowledge base.
