Network Operator / Data Centre Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24 x 7 technical support to data center BAU operations and services provision
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
- Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommission and housekeeping
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports
- Exhibit quality workmanship on all work
- Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to new joiner
Requirements:
- Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must
- Experienced in Data Centre is an advantage
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
- Certifications in IT industry (CCNA/CCNP/Juniper/ etc.) is an advantage
- Willing to perform 7*24 shift pattern
