You will monitor fitting out works and minor improvement work for station shops by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders. You will monitor the rolling schedule and performance of contractors, conduct site briefings, inspections and safety checks on electrical and fire services installations as well as assess risk, conduct technical investigation and provide technical advice.
You should have a Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical or Building Services Engineering with at least 7 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level. Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Possession of a Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is preferable.
