Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

 

You will

  • resposible to the day-to-day operations of the bakery & pastry production kitchen at Sha Tin Racecourse
  • monitor food production, quality and consistency according to recipes and Club's standards
  • be responsible for the proper execution of small to large scale non-race day events


You should have

  • 1 year experience in hotels or reputable large catering organisations
  • strong capability in buffet set ups and up-to-date knowledge in trends of modern presentation of food displays
  • a thorough knowledge of large scale food production in a banquet and buffet restaurant  
  • solid understanding of hygiene management (HACCP)
