O365 IT Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate is welcome)

Our client is seeking for multiple O365 IT Support Engineers. The potential candidate will handle/manage different projects on IT support area and experiences in Microsoft Office 365 is a definite advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
O365 administration and troubleshoot
Global Technical support escalation - Office PC, A/V, server, network storage and network equipment (L2 Support)
Backup and restoration SOP and drill
Follow-up annual infrastructure and operation assessment result
Document and review knowledge base and Adhoc project handling as per requested

Min 1-2 working experience on Desk side support services
Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting skill
Trouble shooting skills on desk side support environment
Familiar with Email System, such as Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/365
Good communication skill and customer oriented
Basic knowledge of MS domain, active directory Basic know-how on patch management
Experience on Veeam, Window Server, MS Azure, Meraki, VWMware vSphere, O365 administration, DR and BCP will be an advantage.
Fresh graduate will be also consider with Microsoft Office 365 training provided.
