Office Administration Assistant (Part-Time basis)

Responsibilities:

Office administration

  • Perform general reception duties and greet visitors/customers
  • Handle incoming calls/enquiries and divert to appropriate parties
  • Organize various document filings
  • Manage courier packages
  • Runner for delivering documents (only in urgent case)
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to develop herself/himself in a professional career;
  • Good communication of spoken English and conversational Mandarin;
  • Good computer literacy, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing etc.
  • Full-time college student with major in English, Law or Accounting are welcome.
