Office Administration Manager (Ref. No. : 22522)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position


  • Manage full spectrum of office administration functions, including office supplies purchasing, renovation and property maintenance and security
  • Formulate, implement and revamp the current administration policies, procedures and guidelines and make improvement on them
  • Coordinate with external vendors for quotation administration and work arrangement
  • Liaise with the external vendors to ensure quality services are provided
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required


  • Diploma or above with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial industry
  • Experience in company relocations and renovation projects will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A is preferable but not a must
  • Mature, self-motivated & well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
