Our client is Listed Catering/ F&B Group.  To copy with the business expansion, they are now looking for the talented Office Administration Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team to provide the office administration and services such as office supplies handling, office equipment, regular housekeeping, company car arrangement, insurance and purchases
  • Prepare annual administration budgets, monitor and control expenses
  • Establish and implement administration policies and guidelines
  • Handle and manage license renewal

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Communication/ Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of office administration management experience in Catering/ F&B/ Retail/ Property/ Sizable Corporation
  • Experience in Facility Management is advantage
  • Dynamic, mature, detailed-orientated, good communication and leadership skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
