Our client is a sizable company which is specialized in full service air and ocean freight forwarding. They are urgently looking for a Temporary Office Administration Staff to join their company for 3 months assignment temporarily. Candidate with excellent performance might have chance to extend contract/convert to permanent staff after contract completion (still subject to business needs).
Greet incoming guests, screen phone calls and handle in/out courier
Assist in setting up access for new joiners/guests
Reserve for lunch accommodation and pantry snacks and drinks replenishment
Liaise with property management and service providers for office equipment maintenance
Responsible for stationeries and office stock ordering
Assist in organizing company events such as team activities (birthdays, team building, award recognition etc.)
Immediately available/ Can start within short notice A MUST
Associate/Degree Holder with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office application
Able to work independently
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, energetic, initiative, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
