Office Administration Supervisor

  • Responsible for the daily management of the office, including Receptionist, Office Assistant, Tea Ladies and Cleaners
  • Upkeep the standard of internal service, including reception, mailing, facilities management, office supplies and services
  • Responsible for office supplies and equipment purchases
  • Responsible for maintenance and renovation work
  • Formulate office administration policies and guidelines
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in general office administrative duties in sizeable companies
  • Independent, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
