Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

  • Handle day to day accounting duties - invoicing, project costing and cash flow management
  • Liaise with bank and accountant/auditors

Office Administration

  • Provide all rounded office administration support - answering phone/ client inquiries, office supplies, stationery, office cleaning, filing, document and template update
  • Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Co-ordinate with project team for delivery schedule when required

Information Technology

  • Knowledge in IT environment - networking
  • Liaise with IT consultant

Requirements

  • Degree Holder (Optional) with at least 5 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Work, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Peachtree Accounting Software an advantage
  • Experience in Interior Design field an advantage
  • Well organized, mature and independent
