Responsibilities

  • Provide office administrative and receptionist work support
  • Help to handle incoming calls and mails to the general line and mailbox
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the public areas
  • Prepare draft presentations and reports, including PowerPoint, monthly report, organizational bulletins, etc
  • Supervise tea lady
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant administrator or receptionist work experience ; Relevant experience in banking or financial institution would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Attention to details and able to work with a team
  • Short notice period or immediately available is preferred
