 Responsibilities:

 

  • Office administration work, eg, hotel and air-ticket arrangement, company function co-ordination, etc.
  • Sales and service support, eg, prepare quotations, tenders, data input, provide assistance to sales functions and exhibitions, etc.

 

 Requirements: 

 

  • Higher Diploma qualification or above.  Lower qualification but with rich working experience will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years working experience, but fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus.
  • Able to work independently with good organizational skills, self-motivated, hardworking and detail-oriented.
  • Good computer skills, ie, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad a plus.
