Human Resources

  • Assistance in the selection and hiring of new employees

Office Management

  • Helping the team in day-to-day activities
  • Coordination with theDesk staff for monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Liaising with suppliers as needed
  • Assistance in managing internal events

Coordination and Documentation

  • Assistance in visa applications handling for the employees
  • Travel arrangements
  • Coordination of the management’s schedules and coordination of the appointments
  • Set up records and filing systems
  • Controlling correspondence and other clerical functions

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in administrative support and coordination for both recruitment and human resources functions;
  • You see how the small details lead to the greater picture of providing a great candidate and employee experience;
  • You are confident in and have experience handling accounting tasks such as processing expenses, invoicing, and payroll;
  • You have 3+ years of experience handling multiple stakeholders across different functions of the business. You are comfortable and strong at adapting to diverse personalities;
  • You are reliable and have experience of working with personal, sensitive and confidential information, which requires handling it with discretion;
  • You are highly detail-oriented and have great organizational skills. You handle all tasks with great precision while being able to stay on top of multiple competing demands;
  • You are spirited and enjoy building team comradery. You have high emotional intelligence, good communication skills, and believe in creating a great, positive, and encouraging environment at work.
