Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3 years+ relevant working experience in sizable Company is preferred
  • PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing (CangJie and Quick Achievement)
  • Hardworking, Responsible and Willing to learn
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Perform outdoor assignment such as document collection and delivery, cheques bank-in etc. when required
  • Perform other clerical work such as photocopying, scanning and filing etc
  • Check and refill office, stationery and printing supplies.
  • Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned
  • Immediately available is preferred

要求

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 擁有至少三年辦公室助理經驗
  • 電腦知識(MS WordExcel)和中文輸入 (倉頡及速成)
  • 努力工作,富責任感,肯學習
  • 良好中文程度,英語及普通話
  • 外勤工作,如文件送遞, 銀行入帳
  • 其他日常辦公室支援工作, 如影印, 文件傳檔,
  • 確保辦公室有充足用品及需要時添補和購買
  • 保存文件送遞記錄, 電腦技術支援
  • 其他日常辦公室支援工作以及執行其他指派工作
  • 立即上班可優先考慮

Full Time – 9:30am ~ 6:30pm, Part Time – 1:30pm ~ 6:30pm
