We are now seeking an Office Assistant to join our Office Administration department for back-office support.
我們正在尋找一名辦公室助理加入我們的行政部 ,負責後勤工作。

Responsibilities
崗位職責


- Serve and support meeting rooms and conference area
服務及支援會客室和會議活動區域
- Assist with event preparations
協助活動的籌備 
- Arrange event logistics and provide onsite support
為活動提供後勤服務和現場支援 
- Able to move heavy boxes, furniture, meeting room operable wall and event materials
能夠搬運重箱子、傢俱、會議室活動牆和活動資料 
- Assist in the pantry at meeting room floor and provide cleaning service
管理和支援會客室樓層茶水間及提供清潔服務
- Work well under pressure and work overtime when needed
能夠承受工作壓力,必要時需要加班工作
- Work shift hours
需要輪班制上班  
 
Experience
經驗要求


- F5 graduate with relevant experience
中五畢業,具有相關工作經驗 
- Positive working attitude and willingness to help
工作態度積極,樂於助人 
- Good spoken English would be an asset
會英語更佳
