Key Purpose of the Job:
To support the Facilities Management team to deliver quality office administrative services by carrying out all relevant in-house services and ad-hoc services outside the office as required.
Needs to Do:
+ Perform pantry assistant and assist in general office administrative duties and support
+ Handle outdoor messenger duties such as collect and deliver documents, postage of mails and parcels, cheques collection and deposit, sundries procurement etc.
+ Take the lead of managing the 3rd party contractor to keep the office clean and tidy
+ Maintain workspace and monthly office cleaning (one weekend per month)
+ Handle simple repair and maintenance in the office
+ Provide support to management, company events and activities
+ Handle ad-hoc duties as required by the Supervisor
+ Knowledge of roads/way to the destination
+ Basic knowledge of MS office Skills (Word & Excel)
+ General knowledge of office equipment
+ Good telephone skills
+ Experience in dealing with visitors
Key Competencies Requirements:
+ 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
+ Speak basic and useful English, Mandarin
+ Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated with good communication skills
+ Honest & kind
+ Short notice will be an advantage
