Our client, a sizable electrocomponent distributor company, would seek for an Office Assistant / Clerk to support their office.

Job Description

  • General office support, including clerical support and data entry, proofreading, expense reimbursement etc.
  • Basic reception duties, including greeting visitors, courier and mail arrangement
  • Conference room arrangement, office supply stocktaking, answering phone inquiries etc.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1- 2 year relevant work experience
  • Good work stability, responsible, good team player
  • Knowledge in computer application
  • Immediate available

Work period: 1 year renewable contract
Work location: Kwai Hing
Salary: $11-13K per month (including medical insurance & discretionary bonus)
