  • Provide mailroom services and office operations support
  • Assist department head in ensuring office physical security
  • Handle of receptionist duties
  • HR and other jobs assigned by department head and Secretary General


  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Secondary education with some related trainings
  • An organized person with abilities to plan and schedule tasks in an orderly manner
  • Good computing and interpersonal skills
