Responsibilities

  • Handle general office and administration tasks such as procurement of office supplies, data entry and updating, filing, maintenance of office equipment etc
  • To perform customer services communication and follow up work with different stakeholders
  • To perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, handling mails, parcels and couriers
  • Assist in sorting, scanning and photocopying documentations
  • Assist in effective running of the administrative matters and business operation of the company
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • HKDSE or above
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (*Fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Candidates with experience in human resources will be preferred
  • A good team player and familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, responsible, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized
  • Responsible, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in English and Putonghua
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
