Office Assistant

  • Perform receptionist duties, handle incoming phone calls and general inquiries, courier and mailing arrangements
  • Handle general secretarial and administrative support
  • To ensure the standard of comfort, cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment
  • to perform ad-hoc assignments


  • Form 5 or above with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in various MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, responsible and attention to details
  • Able to handle correspondence and work independently
