Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Daily Office Duties
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to smooth the shipment of goods
  • Able to handle full sets of import / export document
  • Support records of maintenance and general administration works
  • Such as document record management
  • Responsible for facilities procurement
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, maintenance and contract renewal of office equipment, data input, update records and filing, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 year clerical/relevant experience
  • Motivated, passion, able to work in team or can take initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel applications
