The appointee will be required to:

(a) receive and dispatch office mail and documents within and outside the campus;

(b) provide photocopying and printing services;

(c) assist in the processing of data for teaching evaluations and surveys;

(d) assist in events and publicity matters within and outside the campus, including but not limited to posting of notices, directional signs and other promotional materials;

(e) provide clerical and logistic support to meetings and events, including assistance in the organization of workshops and programmes, refreshment service and cleaning up, and maintenance of notice boards;

(f) perform manual labour work, including replacement of distilled water dispensers as well as moving of equipment and furniture; and

(g) perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Educational Development or her delegates.


Applicants should:

(a) have completed Form 3 or equivalent;

(b) be pleasant and hard-working;

(c) have knowledge of computer software applications such as Word and Excel;

(d) be able to speak and write simple Chinese and English; and

(e) be willing to work outside normal office hours as deemed necessary.

Preference will be given to those with Form 5 standard.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
