Office Assistant

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management
  • Draft correspondence and reply business emails
  • Provide receptionist duties such as arranging courier, answering phone inquiries and greeting guests
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Other ad hoc assignments


Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • 1 year in handling general administrative works experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, punctual, diligent and self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently towards deadlines
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in internet and computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
