  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the company and Managing Director
  • Handling correspondence telephone calls and emails
  • Assisting company events / exhibitions
  • Handle general office administration work

Job requirements:

  • F.6 or above, with 1 year or above relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in PC applications & familiar with MS Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, energetic, initiative, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
