Job Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to secretary team, including monthly expenses preparation, document copying, document scaning and document finishing
  • Remind vendor team of the maintenance for the facilities (printers, binding machine and paper cutter) in printing room
  • Coordinate the supplement of paper, covers, inks and other accessories which are necessary in printing rooms
  • Maintain sufficient general stationery supplies in line with office standard
  • Daily back up receptionist and maintain reception desk operation during lunch break
  • Coordinate with cleaning ladies to keep a clean and tidy environment in printing room
  • Escort vendors for delivering/maintenance services within the office
  • Handle all special and urgent mailing requests. Outdoor document delivery is required

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written and oral communications in English and Chinese

Working Hour

  • Causeway Bay (Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.)
