Being part of the Administration team based in Hong Kong, to assist the immediate supervisor to provide appropriate office administration support to ensuring a smooth daily operation within the office. Your key responsibilities include the followings but not limited to:

  • To assist the immediate supervisor to provide office administration services.
  • To coordinate and administer purchasing activities and pursue optimal inventory management.
  • To assist daily office operation and administrative tasks including:
    • Liaise with service providers for services e.g. work order or quotation etc.;
    • Assist in monitoring vendor performance;
    • Follow up with the requests from internal users;
    • Perform data entry of standardized forms, routine correspondence and reports;
    • Perform miscellaneous errands such as picking up supplies and/or delivering messages/reports;
    • Perform clerical / ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor;
    • To assist in arranging the company activities.
  • Highschool holder (F.5) or above
  • Minimum of 3 years with solid working experience in office administration field
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent word processing in both English and Chinese
  • A good team player, fast learner with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Independent and show the ability to perform tasks with initiatives
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
