Job Description

  • Provide various clerical supports for the assigned department or office;
  • Prepare documents or reports, filing or typing, answer the telephone inquires and etc;
  • Ensure the smoothness of the daily activities of the assigned department or office

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above, Degree holder is an advantage;
  • At least 1-2 years solid admin or clerical support experiences in a sizable company;
  • Fluent written/spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
