Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Duties:
• Assess customers’ needs and help customers solve their difficulties through phone and other channels
• Provide professional recommendations to customers and handle customers request or complaints according to the standard
• Help customers with technical support such as machine problems
• Handle orders from customer and update customers’ information in the system
Requirements:
• 1-year solid experience in Call Centre is highly perferble
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Customer-oriented and coffee lover
• Energetic, proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
• Proficient in MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
