Office Manager (1 Year Contract Renewable)

Salary: HKD35,000 - HKD45,000 per month

A multinational banking is currently looking to recruit a bright relationship driven Office Manager to join their Hong Kong Office. Reporting into the Managing Partner and Regional HR Manager, this role will be responsible for day to day office administration, management and HR matters.


  • Administrative and facilities management. Manage renovation, procurement and relocation matters.
  • Manage general health & safety matters. This involves working closely with building management team.
  • Involve in vendor management. This covers building relationship with vendors, monitor their performance, negotiate and monitor contracts.
  • Review internal policies, event management and oversee record management function
  • Assist in annual budgeting process and payment processes.
  • Be involved in recruitment, strategy and HR related matters
  • Work closely with regional head in ensuring smooth day to day HR and finance matters.
  • Be involve in full function recruitment.
  • Manage the on and off boarding of the hires- prepare offer letters, reference letters, orientation, leaves, work visa applications etc.
  • Support Regional team in salary and performance review


  • Degree or above
  • At least 8 - 10 years of work experience, with 5 years supporting senior management level
  • Excellent English and Chinese written and spoken language skills, and fluent Putonghua would be a definite advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Mature, proactive and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Immediate available preferred
