Office Manager - Hong Kong



§ Bachelor Degree holder in Business, Accounting, HR or similar;
§ 3 to 5 years of office management or accounting experience;
§ Good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Cantonese;
§ Proficiency in MS office Suite. 
Job Description

As the Office Manager you are responsible for the maintenance and organization of office operations
and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, design filing systems; reviewing and approving assets and office supply and support HR on on-boarding and employment related activities.

Key Responsibilities

§ Responsible for the full office administration;

§ Handle travel arrangements and itinerary scheduling;

§ Organize and manage applications regarding Rent; Visa; APEC; MPF; Insurance etc.;

§ Ensure invoices, receipt and agreement accordance with company policy;

§ Responsible for Payroll, Incentives, accounting, and other expenses;

§ Liaise with the Bangkok headquarter HR and Finance team for all issues;

§ Assist in month end closing and reconciliations with accountant and Finance team;

§ Perform ad-hoc assigned by the CFO/ CEO and other executives in the regional office.
