Office Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of a special digital project within SCBHK, the incumbent will be responsible to performing the day-to-day secretarial and team administration tasks for project team, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • to take care of administrative tasks, manage the daily schedule of the C-grade team members; make travel arrangements and preparing itinerary; handle the expenses reimbursement,; coordinate meetings and group events, and ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times;
  • to assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the offices
  • to assist in the monthly financial reimbursement and accruals
  • to act as a liaison for the internal and external parties to ensure smoothness of all business matters
  • to work on any ad hoc team related tasks as assigned at times

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree with proven administrative assistant experience supporting the senior management in sizable organizations
  • Proficient in Office and Google applications
  • MS office, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, AsanaAble communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written;
  • Energetic, pleasant, self-motivated, adapt to changes and ad hoc arrangements;
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
