Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of the guest satisfaction is achieved by delivering excellent customer service
  • Administrative and facilities management
  • Handle all guest’s enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
  • Customer-focused, energetic, detailed-oriented, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years’ guest service experience in front office operation, preferable in Finance industry or 5 star Hotel in Hong Kong
  • Supervisory or Managerial experience will be an advantage
  • Mature, independent and excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
