Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative support including general office administration, HR support, office renovation, procurement, facilities management, equipment maintenance and contract renewal etc.;
  • Lead and collaborate with different departments in development and implementation of work plans;
  • Prepare management reports, business correspondence and presentation materials;
  • Assist in coordinating both internal and external events;
  • Provide guidance and advise to the team as and when needed;
  • Be responsible for the implementation and completion of ad hoc projects;
  • Provide secretarial support to Head of HR and Admin Dept.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience
  • Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical skills,  interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage your own workload with flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Excellent problem solving skill
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong computer skills- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
