The office manager is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks related to the Hong Kong office. You'll be reporting to the APAC Director on a daily basis and you'll be working on-site at our office in Sai Ying Pun.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making sure office operations run smoothly
  • Office maintenance
  • Office related issues
  • Welcoming guests, clients & customers
  • Setting up meeting rooms and serving guests
  • Contacting vendors
  • Organising certain events
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks


  • Bachelor degree, or higher
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Organised way of working
  • Friendly, welcoming attitude


  • Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Immediate Availability
  • 2-3 years relevant experience


  • You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude
  • You are open-minded and can react to change with agility
  • You are a quick and autonomous learner
  • Willing to contribute to great company culture
