Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering and transferring phone calls
• Set up meeting room and prepare materials when needed
• Stock check and order replenishment for company logo stationery
• Assist HR & Admin team to organize activities, such as draft and send out company announcements
• Provide effective new employee orientation like arranging name card printing, distributing company credit      card, applying and terminating office security badge etc.
• Travel arrangement for oversea staff and visitors upon request
• Support administration tasks
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above
• 2-year experience in office receptionist and administrative support
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• BA/BS in business administration or related field is preferred
