The Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division (ECEED), an academic arm of the School of Continuing Education, is the premier provider of early childhood and primary school teacher education in Hong Kong. ECEED is seeking a pleasant, responsible and detail-minded individual to fill the following position:
The appointee will be required to provide secretarial and administrative support for the Head’s Office. Duties include :
(a) handling phone calls and correspondence ;
(b) scheduling meetings and appointments ;
(c) managing records and files ;
(d) providing assistance to division meetings and events ; and
(e) performing other secretarial work.
Applicants should be a holder of Associate Degree or Higher Diploma with one to two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and possession of good communication and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with PC and software applications including MS Office and Chinese processing are required. Possession of a bachelor’s degree is definitely an advantage. Preference will be given to those candidates with secretarial training.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
